The monthly service fee covers our clients for security, daily maintenance and management of the property, so that every time you join us your stay is a relaxing one. We will do everything in our power to allow you to enjoy the beauty of your surroundings in peace and quiet, free from domestic worries.

A wide range of further individual services are available for an extra charge.

The moment you arrive we will handle your luggage and park your car. The Concierge is at hand to answer any questions and can help organise your day: whether that means booking a tee-off time, arranging babysitting or giving advice on the tourist treasures of the Croatian coastline.

Your safety and security are our number one priority. The residences are monitored 24-hours a day, and have sophisticated fire and anti-burglar systems and security guards with CCTV monitoring.

We will take care of all housekeeping, should you require it, even while you are away. Your private residence will be cleaned and maintained ready for your return.

Kempinski’s restaurants have an enviable reputation for service and outstanding cuisine, but if you prefer to eat in or wish to entertain, we can arrange for a Kempinski chef to prepare the menu of your choice in your own home.

Membership of the Graeco-Roman Spa – a modern interpretation of the facilities and treatments enjoyed by the Greeks and the Romans over two millenniums ago –is available to all our residents for an additional charge.
