Kempinski Private Residences Alabadiyah Hills Beirut offer residents a wonderful opportunity to join a pioneering rental scheme. This scheme allows owners 90 days personal use of their Kempinski Residence property at minimal cost, and includes arranging private short-term tenants for the property.

To belong to the scheme, owners pay a basic management fee to cover operating expenses and a monthly fee for utilities, insurance and promotions. Kempinski Residences will then undertake to let out residences to individual guests.

Some of the rental revenue from the properties is retained by Kempinski Residences and held in a refurbishment fund in order to ensure that Kempinski’s standards can be maintained over the long term.

Revenue from rentals and maintenance expenses are accounted for separately on an individual basis, allowing owners to recoup a generous proportion of their original outlay.
