Our offices are located in the two towers and all feature representative office space in different sizes and layouts:

A Tower

offices are located on the 5th and 11th floors and of 605 sqm each. A Tower offices might be rented as full or half floor which would be delivered as rough construction work.

Office space is delivered to the tenant ready for flooring, with telecommunication and IT infrastructure ready and water, A/C and electricity supply provided to a central outlet. Infrastructure, superstructure and the whole decoration of the offices, the construction work will be related to tenant.

• Full  floor offices are rented on a monthly basis at EURO 25,00 per m²
• Half floor offices are rented on a monthly basis at EURO 30,00 per m²

The minimum lease period is five years. All rates are exclusive of VAT.

B Tower

offices are located on the 9th and 11th floor, each floor has four offices. All the office floors infrastructure, superstructure and the whole decoration are completed.

Inlaid floor, wall papers, wooden doors, overhead’s lights, white goods and also with kitchen and all the necessary details are ready to move in for tenants by only bringing their office furniture.

Office layouts are between 129 m² and 136 m² gross and are made up of two rooms. B Tower offices are rented on a monthly basis of EURO 45,00 per m².

The minimum lease period is one year. All rates are exclusive of VAT.
