Kempinski Residences Jeruyik Astana is due to open in 2009 in Astana, the new capital of Kazakhstan and one of the most important political and cultural centres in Central Asia.

Situated within the futuristic Jeruyik complex, Kempinski Residences Jeruyik Astana offers clients the opportunity to rent luxury suites as a base for extended business visits. This part of the residential complex includes a restaurant with private VIP dining room, a discotheque, a dedicated fully equipped conference room and a reception area.

The luxury complex houses a shopping and leisure centre, an office tower and two further residential towers, both of which will be managed by Kempinski: one with all 25 floors dedicated to luxury private residences and the other with private residences exclusively on the lower floors. The executive residences for rent to business clients are situated on the upper floors of the second tower.
