Kempinski Residences St. Moritz provides first class luxury residences available for year-round rental. In July 2007 and August 2009 exclusive residences were opened to rent on a long-term basis.

The residences form three private wings of three-and-a-half storeys each, and are annexed to the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains.  As part of the hotel complex, the residences have easy access to restaurants, the St. Moritz SPA as well as the Heilbad Medical and Therapy Centre.

44 residences ranging in size from 100 to 400 sqm, with 1 to 4 bedrooms, can be rented for 3, 5 to 10 years or longer, with rent payable on a monthly or annual basis. Every rental agreement includes the 5 star Kempinski service and membership of the St. Moritz SPA.

All of the residences feature luxury bathrooms and kitchenette, dressing rooms and an entrance hall with cloakroom. Larger residences also offer a kitchen and storage room. In addition, ground floor residences have a private garden or terrace, while upper floor residences have their own private balcony with mountain views.

When not in residence, clients can take advantage of the rental plan via the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains’ management, enabling them to offset their own rental costs with rental income from hotel guests.
